This Grief Support Group is sponsored by Helios Care (formerly known as Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care). The group meets in the church conference room and is open to everyone finding themselves in need of community after the loss of a loved one.
Grief Support meets: every 4th Wednesday, 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Friends Helping Friends
FHF is a casual gathering of friends (new and old!) who support each other through grieving seasons.
Friends Helping Friends meets: every 3rd Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.
Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.
AA meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7 p.m.
AA Beginners meets on Fridays at 8 p.m.
Women's AA Fellowship meets meets on Mondays at noon and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
Women's Closed AA meets on Fridays at 6:30 p.m.
Narcotics Anonymous is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using.
NA meets: Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
Al-Anon is a worldwide fellowship that offers a program of recovery for the families and friends of alcoholics, whether or not the alcoholic recognizes the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.
Al-Anon meets: Tuesday at 12:00 noon
